A married fashion executive says he has made a concerted effort to get rid of his mysterious octogenarian boss with a passion for blondes.

Stephanie Copin, a 38-year-old mother, alleges in a new lawsuit that she was sexually assaulted by her boss Manny Haber, 83, on Manhattan’s Fleet Street.

When she was finally offered the coveted office, one worker even said, ‘This blonde girl gets what she wants from her father,’ according to a case filed in the Supreme Court- limo in Brooklyn on Friday.

The alleged abuse ended up being impossible – prompting Copin to dye his hair brown in an attempt to appear less attractive to the CEO and President of Fleet Street.

But his efforts got him attacked and fired, Copin says.

After he finished asking Copin – and made him a sample of one of the coats – the vice president of sales started asking him too, and informed Copin, ‘He likes it when you do things for him, so keep doing that.

He told Copin that his driver would take him back to his home in Clifton, New Jersey, before taking him to his apartment, court documents say.

But instead, they arrived at Haber’s house, and he allegedly asked Copin to see his place – saying they couldn’t be alone because the housekeeper was there.

“He started being really mean to me,” Copin told the Post.

She told the Post that she hasn’t been able to find work since then, and is now going through a divorce.

In the meantime, she is forced to seek medical treatment as she continues to cry at times and lacks confidence.

She also said that despite the fact that she was previously a bleached blonde, she has decided to remain a brunette because ‘I don’t even want to be looked at.’

His lawyer Mark Shirian said he and his client are now ‘seeking justice and accountability’ for his mistreatment at the company.

‘Stephanie bravely stood up against inappropriate advances and faced Mr. Haber’s pushback as a result,’ Shirian said.

‘This behavior is unacceptable and a clear violation of his rights.’
