Actors, singers, social media personalities and NFL players, cheered on their feet as the four-time gold medalist entered the stadium.
Tom Cruise told Reuters it was “good”.
“Great stories, great athletes. It’s amazing what they have to do, the sense of accomplishment,” he said.

Grande and Erivo seemed to be channeling the charm of their characters in the upcoming movie Wicked, which is a build-up to characters we’ve seen in the past from Margot Robbie and Zendaya.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were seen by fans in the crowd for the finals of skateboarding, they saw the speedy efforts of 14-year-old Chloe Covell in the junior Olympic champion of Australia.
Photos posted on social media showed them getting cheers from big players among skating fans.
With many more events coming up and the finals for Simone Biles, there’s no doubt that familiar faces will be seen in the crowd.
